KruNow is an on-demand service for booking certified IT field engineers across Asia. Businesses book engineers per job. Engineers choose the jobs they want. KruNow certifies the engineers and stands behind the work.
No. Signing up is free.
No. KruNow Partners work for themselves as independent engineers. You choose your jobs and your availability, and you attend jobs on behalf of KruNow with your KruNow ID.
Yes. Graduates from universities, polytechnics and ITE can join as trainees (L0). You'll be supported to get certified through OEM courses, start with supervised or L1 jobs, and level up to better-paid L2/L3 work as you gain experience and ratings.
There are four levels: L0 Trainee (fresh grads), L1 Technician, L2 Engineer and L3 Specialist. Certification covers online screening and a hands-on KruNow lab day. OEM certifications and courses help you move up. Details are being finalised, and pre-registered engineers will hear first.
Pay is transparent and per job: you see what a job pays before you accept it, and you're paid fast once the customer signs off. Full payment terms are shared before your first job.
IMAC, break-fix and onsite hands, rack and stack, and site surveys. You can choose 24x7x4 (onsite within 4 hours, 24x7), 8x5x4 (onsite within 4 hours, business hours) or next business day (NBD) SLA options. Urgent ad hoc requests without an SLA are filled on a best-effort basis, subject to engineer availability, and are charged at a premium rate.

We only use your data to assess your registration, contact you about KruNow and, if you opt in, send launch updates. We handle it in line with Malaysia's PDPA 2010 and Singapore's PDPA 2012. You can ask to access, correct or withdraw consent at any time.
